With over 37 years in financial services, I experienced many of the challenges that women can encounter as they build their careers and move into leadership roles. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of confidence, support and opportunity in helping people realise their full potential.
Valora was founded from a passion for helping others navigate their own leadership journeys. I am particularly committed to supporting women to develop the confidence, influence and leadership presence needed to achieve their ambitions, while helping organisations build strong and sustainable leadership pipelines for the future.

With over 37 years in financial services, Anne understands first-hand the opportunities and challenges that come with building a successful career and stepping into leadership positions. As an EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach, she brings both practical leadership experience and evidence-based coaching to every client engagement.
Anne holds qualifications in Personal Leadership, Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and a Certificate in the Psychology of Leadership from Kingstown College, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership from Warwick Business School.
Having navigated many of the challenges women can face throughout their careers, Anne is particularly passionate about helping women build the confidence, influence and leadership presence needed to achieve their ambitions and make a lasting impact.
